The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Parties have been able to resolve this matter through Mediation. Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Petition. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that an appropriate direction may be passed against Respondent No. 2 for recording the assignment of the mark by Respondent No. 1 to the Petitioner pursuant to the Settlement arrived at between the Parties. 3.
Accordingly, Respondent No. 2 is directed to record the assignment in accordance with law, if applied by the Parties herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of the application.
