The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside of order dated 20.07.2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.2188/2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order was a consensual order. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to get clarification from the learned Tribunal on this aspect.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take appropriate steps within 10 days.
