% 06.09.2024 CRL.M.A. 27017/2024 (seeking withdrawal of petition by petitioner) 1.

Mr. Pramod Kumar Dubey, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has entered into a settlement before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 07.06.2024. He further submits that the aforesaid settlement has been arrived at between the accused company Quant Finvest Private Limited and Mr. Anurag Seth, Mr. Raman Grover, Sumeet Arora, Mr. Amit Jain, Mr. Varun Malhotra and Ms. Nidhi Sharma. Mr. Dubey further submits that over and above the terms of the aforesaid settlement, a sum of Rs. 2.50 lac has been paid on behalf of the petitioner as costs to IRP in the CIRP initiated by the respondent. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
