This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:- (I) To issue a Writ in the Nature of Mandamus or such other appropriate Writ or order thereby setting aside the impugned order dated 10.1.2021, order dated 09.5.2022, thereby directing the respondents to upgrade the ACR from 21.4.2020 to 05.11.2020 to enable the petitioner for Grant of IIIrd MACP.

(II) Direct the respondents to consider MACP and arrear of the MACP may be ordered to be paid to the petitioner. (III) Issue any other appropriate Writ, direction, or order which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice." Mr. Mukul Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that after the filing the petition, respondents have issued an order dated November 25, 2022, granting the benefit of 3rd ACP to the petitioner w.e.f. April 3, 2021.

As none appears for the petitioner, in view of the stand taken by the respondents we close the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition, if any grievance still survives in the petition.
