The Court takes note of the order dated 26.09.2024 passed by the GNCTD whereby; the over-age of 4 months and 23 days as on 31.03.2024 has been condoned in respect of admission of Master Samar. 2.
Order dated 26.09.2024 reads as under:
"I am directed to convey that the Competent Authority has condoned the over-age of 4 months and 23 days as on 31/03/2024 in respect of admission of Master Samarth Bhardwaj (Reg. ID202400224083) in class Nursery/Pre-School in BGS International Public School, Sec-5 Dwarka (School ID-1821217) for admission under CWSN category vide registration ID-20240242332 in Private Recognized school for 2024-25.
This issues with the prior approval of Worthy Director (Education), GNCTD."
