This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 16.07.2024, whereby the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) was directed to decide the petitioner's representation. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation can also be decided by the Deputy Commissioner, MCD. The learned counsel for the MCD concurs with the said submission. 3.

In view of the above, it is clarified that the petitioner's representation may be decided by either of the competent officers - Commissioner, MCD or the Deputy Commissioner, MCD.
