Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent/Workman submits that the Respondent/Workman is not able to appear in person. He however, on instructions, submits that the money has been received by the Respondent/Workman directly in his bank account. 2.

The said statement is confirmed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

In view of the aforegoing, the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. All pending Applications stand closed.
