The instant writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "a) Issue necessary writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent MORTH to release the long pending bonus amounting to Rs. 81,67,912/- accrued upon early completion of Project before scheduled date of completion along with simple interest @ 9.00% p.a.."

The Court was of the prima facie view that the lis herein has arisen out of a contractual agreement and will have to be adjudicated and proceeded as per the terms and conditions agreed by the parties therein. 3.

However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the bonus amount in question is not disputed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent and the intervener-applicant, however, controvert the said position. They submit that the petitioner is not entitled for the said bonus. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent authority to consider the petitioner / intervenerapplicant's representation and to pass appropriate order within four months from today. If the authority finds that the request made by them is not acceded to, let necessary reasons be assigned for the same. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application shall also stand disposed of.
