% 07.02.2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the suit bearing CS No. 59237/16, titled Harish Singh Hans Vs. Satish Kumar, pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (North West), Rohini Court, Delhi. In spite of service, none appears for the respondents. The learned Civil Judge in the order dated 05.09.2018 has recorded that the suit property lies in Indra Vihar, Mukherjee Nagar, which falls within the jurisdiction of North District and, therefore, he would not have the jurisdiction to try the suit.

In view of the above, suit bearing CS No. 59237/16, titled Harish Singh Hans Vs. Satish Kumar, is transferred from the Court of the learned Civil Judge, (North-West) Rohini Court to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi, where it shall be listed on 11.03.2020 for further proceedings.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
