Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the remedy which is available to him is not efficacious, therefore, he has approached this Court directly under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.
Having considered the nature of the grievance involved in the instant petition and in view of the fact that there is already a grievance redressal mechanism in place in view of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to resort to the aforesaid remedy. 4.
Leaving all rights and contentions open, the instant petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
