Under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre , the parties have been able to successfully resolve their disputes and the terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 27.11.2025.

This Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds no impediment in decreeing the Suit in terms thereof.

Ms. Archana Sahadeva, learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that all those compliances which were required for settlement, have already been initiated and the plaintiff is satisfied to that extent. 4.

Learned counsel for the defendants states that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the name has actually been changed and the compliance of the same has also been communicated to the plaintiff. 5.

The parties are bound with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 6.

The Settlement Agreement be marked as Exhibit A, the terms whereof shall form part of the decree.

Accordingly, let the decree be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
