This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking a direction restraining the Respondent from issuing any blacklisting order or taking any coercive or adverse action against the Petitioner in respect of Letter of Acceptance dated 08.08.2023 and Contract dated 09.08.2023 executed between the parties, amongst other reliefs.
