2. Having perused the petition and having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Court is of the view that summons be issued to the following witnesses as set out in para 42 of the petition: i. Record Keeper/Clerk handling the record of M/s Intercorp Industries Ltd.;

ii. Authorized person from M/s Skyline Financial Services; iii. Mr. Y.D. Nagar, Advocate;

iv. Record Keeper/Clerk for getting record of the case CS 70/2015 titled M/S Intercorp Industries Ltd. v. Delhi Stock Exchange; O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 3/2017

v. Mr. A.J. Lunjphi, Circle Officer Incharge ADC, Office of Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Miao.

3. The aforementioned witnesses shall appear before the Arbitral Tribunal on 21st April, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Paharpur Business Centre & Soft Technology Incubator Park, 21, Nehru Place (Near Devika Tower), New Delhi - 110 019, with the record as mentioned in para 42. Summons by way of dasti also be issued in addition.
