On 16.07.2024, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the only grievance of the petitioner was that she was not being paid revised pension in accordance with O.M. dated 14.06.2022 issued by the Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare. Learned counsel for the respondents was, therefore, granted time to obtain instructions.

Today, he submits that vide PPO No. 412199600918/0801 issued on 15.06.2023, the petitioner's pension has been duly revised in accordance The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with the applicable O.Ms and hands over a copy of the revised PPO along with a copy of the cover letter addressed to him by the respondents. The said documents are taken on record.

In light of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, which is, accordingly, disposed of by binding the respondents to their aforesaid statement.
