A copy of the mediated Settlement Agreement dated 05.01.2024 has also been placed on record. The Settlement Agreement is signed by both parties and by their learned counsel as well as by the learned Mediator.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received the amounts due in the Settlement Agreement and he has instructions to withdraw the petition.
