Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of Petitioner to provide Police protection to him and to his property, against Respondent Nos.5 to 7 and to pass direction for eviction of family members of Respondent Nos.5 to 7 from the Petitioner‟s properties. 2.
As per the submissions made on behalf of the Petitioner, he owns various properties and there is an endeavour by Respondent Nos.5 to 7, who are none other than his own wife and children, to dispossess him of his properties.

Insofar as the protection of the properties is concerned, it is a Civil Right, for which the Petitioner is at liberty to address the Civil Litigation. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that Petitioner is many a times admitted to Nasha Mukti Kendra, where he is forced to eat pills. However, there can be no direction given against the Petitioner‟s admission in Nasha Mukti Kendra or of appropriate medicines not being given, by way of a blanket Order. In case, the Petitioner is aggrieved by his admission to Nasha Mukti Kendra or of the medicines prescribed to him, he is at liberty to initiate action in respect of the Specific Act. No blanket / prohibitory Order can be given in this regard.

The Petitioner further submits that Respondent Nos.5 to 7 be evicted from his house, which again cannot be directed under the present Petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Authority for the reliefs sought by him.

Further, it is directed that the Mobile Number of the Beat Constable and the SHO be shared with the Petitioner, who shall respond whenever a call is made by the Petitioner.

Accordingly, present Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of.
