The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Corresponding to Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks interim bail in proceedings arising from FIR No. 882/2015 dated 10th September, 2015, registered under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Nihal Vihar (West), Delhi.

order dated 6th June, 2025 [BAIL APPLN. 2132/2025] by the Vacation Judge. This bail was granted considering the Applicant's medical condition, which was verified by the Jail Superintendent under the Court's process issued to that effect.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant's condition has not improved and that he is still undergoing treatment. Accordingly, a request is made for an extension of the interim bail for a further period of 30 days.

Having regard to the previous bail order and the medical record annexed with the application, Petitioner's request is allowed on humanitarian grounds and the bail granted to the Petitioner on 06th June, 2025 is extended for a period of 30 days from today, on the same terms and conditions.

With these directions, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent, for necessary information and compliance.
