When the present bail application was taken up earlier on 08.07.2025, the applicant was directed to join investigation with the further directions that no coercive action be taken against him. Such order continues to be in operation.

Learned APP for State, on instructions from the IO- SI Mohd. Intzar submits that despite specific directions given by this Court, the applicant has yet not joined the investigation.

When the matter was taken up, there was no appearance from the side of the applicant.

It is submitted by IO that learned counsel for applicant had though sent the details of the mobile number of the applicant, but when attempts were made to contact him, the mobile was either 'not reachable' or 'switched-off'. 5.

Notices were sent through speed post also but even these were not responded to.

On last date i.e. 16.01.2026 also, it was apprised that applicant had not joined the investigation and learned counsel for the applicant had assured that applicant would join the same. APP, the applicant has still not come forward for joining the investigation. Moreover, when the matter was called, there was no appearance from the side of applicant.
