After perusing the prayer as also the impugned advertisement, it is apparent that the same has been issued by the Staff Selection Commission which is the respondent herein. The said advertisement pertains to employment in the Ministry of Personnel and Public Grievances and Pensions. The respondent/Staff Selection Commission falls within the schedule of institutions over which the Central Administrative Tribunal would have jurisdiction under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.

As such since the jurisdiction vests with Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal. Accordingly, the present petition is permitted to be withdrawn and re-filed before the Principal Bench, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
