By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks interim bail in FIR No.55/2019 registered under Sections 302/307/201/34 IPC & Sections 25/27 Arms Act at P.S. Inderpuri, Delhi on account of ailment of his father.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's father has been paralyzed and is getting treatment in Delhi under one Dr.Vikrant Katiyar. It is stated that the applicant's father has been advised to be admitted in a hospital for treatment. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant was earlier released twice on interim bail and the extension continued on account of HPC guidelines of COVID-19 pandemic, which concession has not been misused by him.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail application. He submits that the applicant is involved in other cases also and his conduct is stated to be unsatisfactory.

applicant's father is undergoing treatment under Dr.Vikrant Katiyar vide Registration No.DMC No.48653. The wife of the applicant has since expired and there is an 8-year-old daughter of the applicant, who is being looked after by the applicant's mother.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that the applicant was earlier released twice on interim bail, it is directed that the applicant be released on interim bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/Duty M.M./concerned Court and subject to the following conditions :- i) The applicant shall not leave Delhi/NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court;
ii) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicant would specify the mobile number, which he undertakes to keep operational during the period of his release; iii) In case of change of residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer as well as to the concerned Court. iv) The applicant shall not directly/indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
v) The applicant shall surrender upon expiry of the interim bail period.
