The present application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') on behalf of the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 184/2024 under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), registered at Police Station Vikas Puri. 2.
Counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has been settled between the applicant and the complainant.

The aforesaid fact is confirmed by the complainant who is present in Court and has been duly identified by the Investigating Officer (IO). 4.
Further, it is stated on behalf of the learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State, that the applicant has duly joined the investigation. 5.
In view thereof, the interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 18th July, 2024 is confirmed. Consequently, in the event of arrest in FIR No. 184/2024, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a BAIL APPLN. 2468/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned arresting officer/Station House Officer (SHO) and further subject to the condition that the applicant shall join the investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with the evidence of the case.
