The present petition seeks following prayers: "a.

For an appropriate writ, order, or direction to Respondent Nos. 1-3 to revoke the L-6 Liquor License granted to Respondent No.4 and consequently shut down the concerned liquor vend." 2.

Mr. Prashant Manchanda, ASC for Respondents, states that the liquor vend of DSIIDC Liquor Limited, located at C-4, Dilshad Colony, shall now be re-located within ten days from today.
