However, the above said application has been moved as the matter has been amicably settled and, therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.

The attention of the Court has been drawn towards the settlement dated 09.08.2024 which has taken place under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

In terms of the settlement, learned counsel for petitioner has handed over one Draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- bearing No. 509366 dated 23.08.2024 to learned counsel for respondent.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the above said settlement, he does not wish to press the present petition. 7.
In view of the above, the aforesaid application is allowed and the present petition is, hereby stands disposed of in the terms of above said settlement dated 09.08.2024.
