This petition has been filed seeking extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 05th June, 2024, and then extended subsequently by order dated 03rd July, 2024, in FIR No. 78/2023 registered at PS Wazirabad for offences punishable under Sections 302/325/147/149/201/34 IPC on the ground that while in custody the petitioner has undergone surgery of right breast fibroadenoma on 30th May, 2024.

that there is minimum discharge in the wound and the daily dressing has to be done.

Accordingly, in these circumstances, the interim bail is granted to the petitioner and extended for a period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions which is contained in order dated 05th June, 2024 in order to secure proper recovery for the petitioner.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

APP for State opposes the grant of interim bail on the ground that such a large time of recovery may not be necessary.
