The present revision petition challenges the order dated 17th July 2019,1 passed by the ASJ/Special Judge (NDPS), Dwarka Courts in Criminal Revision No. 305/2019, whereby the Sessions Judge allowed the revision petition and set aside the order dated 14th May, 2019 passed by the Trial Court, dismissing the application filed by Sanjeet Kumar (Respondent No. 4) seeking summoning of records from the Manager, Oberoi Flight Services, IGI Airport. Consequently, the Respondents were permitted to summon the said records for the purpose of confronting the same to the Petitioners (Complainants) during cross-examination. 2.

The Court is apprised that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the trial has progressed, and the afore-mentioned records have 1 "the impugned order"
