% 15.09.2025 I.A. 21701/2025 (under Order XXIII Rule 3, CPC) 1.

This is a joint application filed by the plaintiff and the defendant for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

The parties have settled their dispute in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 8th August, 2025, (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') has been filed along with the aforesaid application. 4.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the built-up rear portion on the ground floor of the property bearing no. 4-B/14, Northern Extension Area, Uttri Marg, Rajinder Nagar, Delhi standing on land admeasuring about 142 CS(OS) 676/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. sq. yards, and its undivided proportionate undivided share in the land which is the subject matter of the CS(OS) No. 443/2022, has been excluded. 5.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

It is made clear that any further document, including the sale deed/transfer deed of property to be executed between the parties, shall also duly record the aforesaid exclusion.

The suit is decreed in the aforesaid terms.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 10.

The decree sheet be drawn up.

11.

Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 12.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
