At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties have informed that matters have been amicably settled under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Delhi, New Delhi. Both the sides have also referred to the terms of compromise as recorded in such settlement dated 24.09.2024.
