% 29.11.2019 Crl.M.A.41419-41420/2019 SHO and IO have moved two separate applications for tendering unconditional apology. In view of the cause submitted in the applications as well as the assurance given by them that no such lapse shall take place in future, their unconditional apology is accepted and they are warned to remain careful in future. The applications are allowed and accordingly disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 2579/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application.
