The instant contempt has been filed against the Respondents for noncompliance of the Order dated 21.04.2023, 19.07.2023 and 09.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11401/2021.

Since the Order dated 21.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11401/2021, by which Respondents herein were directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Petitioner for use and occupation of the property stands withdrawn on the ground that service had not been effected on the Respondents when the Order dated 21.04.2023 was passed, there cannot be any contempt arising out of an order which already stands withdrawn.
