This appeal has been filed under Section 341 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the impugned order of dismissal dated 20th June, 2024 passed by Ld. MM dismissing the application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. filed by appellant.

The Court has perused the impugned order.

The crux of the matter relates to domestic violation proceedings in which an order has been passed against the appellant based on certain averments which were made in the domestic violence petition. 4.

The application under Section 340Cr.P.C. was filed by petitioner stating that there were false allegations.

These allegations have been assessed by Ld. MM in detailed and Ld. MM has concluded that it is not expedient in the interests of justice to conduct an inquirylaid down in Section 340 Cr.P.C.
