528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No. 291/2016 dated 15.06.2016 under Sections 307/325/341/506/34 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Anand Parbat, on the basis of a Settlement Deed dated 21.06.2024.

A cross case bearing CRL.M.C. 5354/2024 under Section 482 of CrPC read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has also been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No. 292/2016 dated 15.06.2016 under Sections 307/354/354B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Anand Parbat. 5.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions.

Petitions are permitted to be withdrawn.
