The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that since the matter is now listed for arguments on charge, liberty be granted to withdraw the present petition and take all the grounds before the learned Trial Court. 2.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Needless to state that this court has not gone into the merits of the present case and the learned Trial Court is expected to hear the arguments being uninfluenced by the fact that the present petition was withdrawn by the petitioner.
