CRL.M.C. 5399/2024, CRL.M.A. 20669/2024 Petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 („BNSS‟) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of CC NI ACT/1959/2021, whereby, petitioner has been summoned vide order dated 28.10.2021 passed by the learned Trial Court in proceedings under Sections 138/141 NI Act.
After partly making submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of petitioner.
Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
