Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Petition, at an appropriate stage during trial. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
