The present application has been filed seeking leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the amicable settlement between the parties. 2.

The petitioner is present in Court and affirms the fact of settlement. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the event the settlement fails he may be granted liberty to revive the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
