Counsel for the plaintiff submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre').

The Settlement Agreement dated 3rd November, 2025, (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') between the plaintiff and defendant no.4 which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and defendant no.4, has been placed on record.

Plaintiff appears through video conferencing and affirms the terms of the settlement.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications stand disposed of.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at the Mediation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
