The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following relief:- "a) Extend the time period for completion of the Arbitral Proceedings and for making an award by a period of four months in accordance with the provisions of Section 29-A (4) read with Section 29-A (5) of the Act on such terms and conditions as deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, as currently time is due to expire on 18.06.2025." 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

With the consent of the parties, the instant petition stands allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a).
