% 27.11.2019 CM APPLN. 41308/2019 in Crl.M.C.5229/2019 Vide order dated 15.10.2019, this Court quashed the FIR No. 215/2016 subject to deposit of cost amount of ₹50,000/- by the petitioner. Out of the said cost amount, an amount of ₹25,000/- was directed to be paid in favour of Blind School, Amar Colony, New Delhi; further an amount of ₹15,000/- was directed to be paid in favour of Deaf and Dumb School, Darya Ganj, New Delhi and remaining amount of ₹10,000/- to be deposited in favour of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that an amount of ₹25,000/- could not be deposited in favour of Blind School, Amar Colony, New Delhi because he could not find the school and also so has happened in case of Deaf and Dumb School, Darya Ganj, New Delhi. He submits that one Deaf and Dumb school is situated in Feroj Shah
Kotla. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay an amount of ₹15,000/- in favour of DDO/H.O.O., Govt Lady Noyce Senior secondary school for Deaf & Dumb, Department of Social Welfare, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Feroj Shah Kotla, Delhi Gate 110002. The petitioner is further directed to pay an amount of ₹25,000/- in favour of Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech & Hearing Impairment, in their account No.50100123975622 maintained in HDFC Bank, Sector 16, Panchkula. It is made clear that the said amount shall be deposited in the aforementioned account and the In charge of the said society is directed to utilize the said amount to any of the centre where he feels the requirement of the amount. In view of above, the order dated 15.10.2019 is modified. The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
