% 06.02.2017 It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondent No.2 have settled the dispute vide Compromise Deed dated 30th January, 2017. It is prayed that FIR No. 167/2012 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Mangol Puri, be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Praveen Attri of Police Station Mangol Puri. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner out of his own free will and without any undue force, threat or coercion. He submits that the said FIR be quashed. Keeping in view that the petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their dispute vide Compromise Deed dated 30th January, 2017, FIR No. 167/2012 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Mangol Puri is quashed.

The petition is disposed of.
