Counsels for parties inform that the matter had been settled vide Agreement dated 25th February 2025, arrived at, with the facilitation of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre; said agreement is on record of this Court.

The Agreement is duly signed by the parties (plaintiff nos.1 & 2 and defendant nos.1-7) and counter-signed by their respective counsels. 3.
The Court has perused the settlement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

Parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

by the respective counsel and undertake they will be bound by and comply with the terms of the settlement.
