This Execution Petition has been filed by the Decree Holder seeking the Execution of the Decree dated 10.05.2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial)-01, South, Saket Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'District Court'). 2.

In my view, the present Petition shall not be maintainable without having the said Decree duly transferred from the District Court to this Court.

The learned counsel for the Decree Holder prays for leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned District Court, which passed the Decree, for Execution/Transfer thereof.

The present Execution Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
