This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.403/2022 dated 27.05.2022 under Sections 419/465/467/471/34 IPC registered at PS: Jyoti Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition as the closure report was filed by the Police and protest petition has been dismissed.
