Present application has been moved by the petitioner seeking extension of time for filing fresh application seeking grant of Certificate of Registration (CoR).

Present writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 20.12.2024. While disposing of the petition, petitioner was permitted to submit fresh application/representation to Reserve Bank of India within ten days. However, it has now been prayed that petitioner may, instead, be given a period of 90 days to submit such application/representation. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and has no objection to the aforesaid request.
