1. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement on 26.11.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant hands over a copy of the settlement agreement dated 26.11.2024 which is taken on record. Accordingly, on instructions from the appellant, who is present in Court, he prays that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the appeal is, as prayed for, disposed of as not pressed making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid settlement.
