This is a joint application on behalf of Petitioner and Respondent No. 1 for bringing on record the fact of settlement effected between them. 2.

favour of Authorized Signatory of Plaintiff as well as copy of GST certificates of Respondent No. 1's signatory. In addition thereto, the irrevocable co-existence and Settlement Agreement executed between the parties is also annexed with the application. 3.

Under the Agreement, the Petitioner has agreed to withdraw the cancellation petitions filed by them against Respondent No. 1. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement, which was signed by the Petitioner on 14th May, 2024 and by Respondent No. 1 on 22nd May, 2024.

In light of the order passed in I.A. 30495/2024 filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 241/2021, Ms. Sugandha Bhatia, counsel for Petitioner, seeks to withdraw the above-captioned petitions as per the terms of settlement.
