The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.05. 2025 passed by this Court in RFA (OS) 35/2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh, if so required. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 4.

File be consigned to Record Room.
