This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Purchase Order dated 16.11.2016. 2.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended by the parties mutually, as recorded in the order dated 04.10.2023. 3.

I am informed that the learned Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the Award on 08.01.2024.
