This is a petition under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 19961, for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal which was in seisin of the dispute between the parties.

The mandate is stated to have expired on 12 July 2024. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended till 31 March 2025. The mandate shall be treated as KUMAR 17:15:26 By:CHANDRASHEKHARAN HARI SHANKAR 17:14:06 O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 528/2024

continuing from the date it expired.

The petition stands disposed of.
