This is a petition filed under section 29 A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for a period of six months with effect from 28.07.2024. 5.

It is stated that there were some applications which were to be disposed of and the petitioner has already concluded its final arguments. 6.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Ankit, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been given. 9.
