This matter has been placed before this Court by the learned Registrar General in terms of the Order dated 01.07.2024 of the learned District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, wherein it is submitted that FIR No.114/2007 of P.S. Chankyapuri pertains to an ex Member of Parliament of India and the designated Court for dealing with the cases pertaining to MP/MLA's is Rouse Avenue Courts. A request is made that this case may be accordingly transferred to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the respondent is present who have no objection to the transfer of the case.
